Using your Computer at Home

So many times we hear how "simple" it is to use a computer now, but when we get it home and try to install or worse yet uninstall programs we get all these bizarre error messages. Sometimes we will get hooked up to the Internet and just can't get a connection to the provider. There are lots of ways for the computer experience to go bad. You have an option for getting some help though.

If you are having trouble with your computer, we can come in and usually in just a few minutes to a couple of hours we can have you back up and running. Most problems are in the software, not your computer itself. You just have to know how to tweak it a little.

Training at Home

We can also come to your home on YOUR computer and teach you how to use word processors (Word, Works, or ClarisWorks), photo editors (Photoshop LE, PhotoDraw, etc.), or most any other software you have loaded on your computer. We can also show you how to surf the web and get more out of your Internet experience. If you want, you can get even more out of those cool doodads you bought with your computer such as scanners, cameras, games, etc.
